Do You Qualify?
To receive the best results, maintain cleanliness and safety, here is what is required to receive this service:
- Proof of your dogs vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo
- Your dog weighs under 45lbs
- A distraction free environment to work in (bathroom, laundry room, garage, kitchen, etc.)
- 1Electrical outlet
- Access to a sink or tub
- A dust pan and broom
- 2 Bath Towels
What To Expect:
When I come to your home, I will be carrying in a grooming table and my equipment. You lead me to where I can bathe your dog, and where to set up my table to cut hair.
The groomimg process usually takes about 1-2 hours depending on how well your dog appreciates grooming, and how thick their coat is.
Once the groom is complete, I pack up my equipment, receive payment, and schedule your next groom no longer than 8 weeks out. A consistent schedule means consistent training, and a consistent experience.
I am experienced and insured to handle difficult dogs, senior dogs, and aggressive dogs. I always review your dogs ability to be groomed and I will be honest about the best course of action for you dog.

What Is Grooming?
Grooming is more than just cutting hair.
It's an opportunity to train them how to be still, how to be handled, when to sit, and how to work through a challenge.
A dog that needs to be groomed, means WORK.

A K-9, with instincts of a wolf, is being asked to stand still while a human with loud things in their hands come at their face.
It can seem pretty daunting, and without the proper introduction and handling, the dog can see the entire experience as a horrifying one.
But with the right experience, they can come to appreciate the socialization, the work being asked of them, and the freedom that comes after.
They feel lighter and confident after just being guided though the grooming obstacle course with a person that they now trust.
A dog who needs to be groomed for the entirety of their life deserves to have their grooming experience be a pleasant one.
They deserve to have fun and be allowed to be a dog.
It's a bonding and enriching experience.
It's one you can even help partake in: brushing hair, trimming nails, and cleaning teeth is easy to teach and it can help you grow stronger as their handler.
